Panoramic Drive Holiday House is a very comfortable three bedroom split level home on a ½ acre block with breathtaking views of Cape Bridgewater Bay right around to Cape Nelson; where the lighthouse flashes in the distant east.

This magical location is ideal for couples and families just wishing to relax with the sun, sand & surf at their fingertips; an excellent location to unwind with the kids; soak up some sun reading a book or watching the sun go down over the bay with your favorite drop of wine.

The Holiday House is ideally situated for short walks to the Bridgewater Bay Cafe, safe swimming beach’s, Seal Cove and short sections of the Great South West Walk.

Cancellation Policy

Please ensure you read these terms and conditions,

If you cancel your reservation we will endeavour to re-rent your reserved time and refund your payments less 10%.

If we cannot re-rent the property the following applies:

4 weeks or more in advance - equal to one night's accommodation
7 days to 27 days in advance - 50% of the total cost
6 and less days in advance - 100% of total cost

When a booking is made via phone or email a deposit is required from the Guest within three days to confirm/hold their booking dates otherwise the booking will not be confirmed.

When a booking is made; 25% of the total cost is required as the deposit

The balance is then payable 4 weeks before your stay

Guests will be responsible for any damage or breakages incurred during their stay
